Full Remote Monthly Monitoring (RMM)

Pay Per Device/Endpoint

Based on a flat fee, per device supported. This model provides easy-to-quote pricing and is simple to modify when devices are added.

Full RMM Includes

  • Patch & update management of clouded applications & software
  • Remote management and remediation
  • End user helpdesk support
  • Priority Service (Priority Service Level Agreement)

Pricing Per Endpoint

RMM Only

  • 1 to 25 Endpoints: $25 per endpoint
  • 26 to 50 Endpoints: $20 per endpoint
  • 51+ 100 Endpoints: $15 per endpoint
  • 100+ Endpoints: Negotiable

Endpoint Cybersecurity Options

Remote Cloud Backup

  • 1 to 99: $15.00 per Workstation endpoint/$45 per Server endpoint
  • 100+: $10.00 per Workstation endpoint/ $20 per Server endpoint

On-Demand Support Options & Pricing

Pre-Paid Block Rate Options & Ala Carte Hourly Pricing

Pre-paid block rate hours, to be used on-demand, are paid monthly. This allows clients to budget IT support costs and avoid billing fluctuations. This flat monthly fee covers remote and on-site support.

Included:

  • 5 Hours Pre-Paid: $105 per hour ($525 total per month)
  • 10 Hours Pre-paid: $95 per hour ($950 total per month)
  • 20 Hours Pre-paid: $85 per hour ($1,700 total per month)
  • 40 Hours Pre-paid: $75 per hour ($3,000 total per month)

Ala Carte Hourly Pricing

We offer ALA CARTE ON DEMAND SUPPORT at a rate of $125 per hour.

No Contracts Required

We don’t force our clients into contracts. We understand that circumstances change all the time and it is our hope that you will be so pleased with Tektite’s service that you will want to stay with us but if you need to cancel your service for any reason, we understand.

You are welcome to come back at any time but because onboarding and offboarding endpoint users of Remote Monthly Monitoring clients is a time-consuming process, there is a reactivation fee of $199 for resuming your service.
